Welcome to Pagewire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website design services. By purchasing a package or submitting an intake form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Pagewire provides custom website design and development services for businesses. Our services include custom website design (not templates), website development and deployment, initial revision rounds as specified by your package, and basic SEO setup for Professional and Premium packages.
2. Packages and Pricing

All prices are one-time payments in USD. Packages do not include ongoing hosting, domain registration, or maintenance unless separately purchased.
3. The Design Process
3.1 Intake Form Submission
After purchase, you will complete an intake form with information about your business, services, and style preferences. Design work begins within 24 hours of intake form submission.
Important: You must complete the intake form within 7 days of purchase. Orders with incomplete intake forms after 7 days are considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
3.2 Design Options
We create 2-3 custom design options based on your intake form. You will receive design previews within 24 hours of intake form submission.
3.3 Design Selection
Select one design to proceed with within 48 hours of receiving options. Failure to respond within 48 hours may delay your project.
3.4 Revisions
Each package includes specific revision rounds: Starter (2), Professional (3), Premium (5).
What counts as a revision round: A revision round is a single set of feedback submitted at one time. If you send one email with 5 changes, that's 1 round. If you send 5 separate emails with 1 change each, that's 5 rounds.
Revisions do NOT include:
- Complete redesigns or new design directions
- Adding pages beyond your package limit
- Adding functionality not in your package (e-commerce, booking systems, member portals)
- Changes after final approval and launch
Additional Revisions: Beyond your included rounds, additional revisions are $97 per round.
3.5 Final Approval and Launch
By approving your final design, you confirm you have reviewed the website, all content meets your requirements, and you understand post-launch changes are not covered under your original package.
4. Delivery Timeline
Our 48-hour delivery promise assumes you provide complete intake form information, respond to design options within 48 hours, provide timely revision feedback, and have provided necessary assets. Delays from slow client response do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: accurate business information, content via the intake form, logos/photos (or selecting stock imagery), timely responses, final approval before launch, domain registration and DNS, and ongoing hosting if not purchasing our plan.
6. What's NOT Included
Unless purchased separately, packages do NOT include: domain registration, ongoing hosting ($47/month available), logo design ($197 available), professional photography, copywriting beyond basic organization, e-commerce, booking systems, member portals, custom web applications, ongoing maintenance, or marketing services.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at purchase. We accept major credit cards via secure third-party processors.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Before Design Work Begins
Refunds requested BEFORE submitting your intake form are eligible for full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
8.2 After Design Work Begins
Once design work has commenced (within 24 hours of intake form submission), no refunds will be issued. Custom designs require significant resources and are created specifically for your business.
8.3 Abandoned Orders
Orders with incomplete intake forms after 7 days are abandoned. No refunds issued.
8.4 Disputes
We maintain detailed records of all communications, deliverables, and timelines. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with documentation. We reserve the right to pursue collection for services rendered.
9. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide. By providing it, you confirm you have rights to use it.
Website Ownership: Upon completion, you own your website and custom design elements. You do not own third-party assets (stock photos, fonts) or our proprietary tools.
Portfolio Rights: We may display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide website design only. We are not responsible for business decisions, revenue generated, third-party service failures, data loss, or security breaches. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your package.
11. Performance Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Success depends on many factors beyond design.
12. Termination
We may terminate and refuse service for: abusive behavior, illegal content requests, non-response for 14+ days, or fraudulent chargebacks. No refund for termination with cause.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
